Consulting Letter on International Consultation for Urban Design of Business District in Xiaogan Island, Zhoushan Archipelago New Area, Zhejiang Province
浙江舟山群岛新区是国务院批复的第四个国家新区。
Zhoushan Archipelago New Area of Zhejiang is the fourth national new area approved by the State Council.
为落实国家战略，加快建设舟山群岛新区，现决定开展“浙江舟山群岛新区小干岛商务区城市国际方案征集”（以下简称“征集”）活动。，拟通过具有国际视野的前瞻性规划，在舟山小干岛商务区建设既具有国际先进水平，又具有群岛特色的城市核心区标志性区域，展示海上花园城市魅力。
In order to implement the national strategy and accelerate building Zhoushan Archipelago New Area, it is to launch an activity of International Consultation for Urban Design of Business District in Xiaogan Island, Zhoushan Archipelago New Area, Zhejiang Province (hereinafter referred to as “Consultation”). It will build a landmark area of core urban region with international advanced level and archipelago characteristics in Xiaogan Island business district, Zhoushan to show charm of a marine garden city through an international prospective planning and design.
本次方案征集范围是由小干岛（及其围堰）、茶山岛等组成的区域，面积721公顷，是舟山新区核心区重要组成部分，也是集中展示舟山群岛新区未来形象的窗口。
The scope of the planning collection includes Xiaogan Island (and its cofferdam) and Chashan Island, etc covering an area of 721 hectares, which is an essential part of the core zone of New Area and a window to show the future images of Zhoushan Archipelago New Area.
中国城市规划学会全权代理本次方案征集活动。
Urban Planning Society of China is authorized to organize the consultation.
组织单位将择优选择具有相关经验境内外机构或联合体参加，每家被选中机构或联合体报送一个方案。各参加机构或联合体在报名时必须填写《资格预审申请表》，明确参加组各专业（规划、Betway体育、交通、betway足球等）领衔专家的名单。
The organizing institution will preferentially select organizations or unions in and out of China which have related design experience. Each of selected organizations or unions which must fill in a prequalification application form and confirm the leading scholars of all professions (planning, architecture, transportation and landscape, etc.) in design team should submit one scheme.
预计时间为2012年4月初至2012年6月30日。
The estimated design time is from early April, 2012 to June 30, 2012.
初步决定，凡参赛单位提交方案满足技术文件要求，经专家评审，获得第一名，可以获得人民币180万元奖金，获得第二名可获得60万元奖金。未获奖者，将给于适当成本补偿。
According to preliminary determination, any contestant whose design conforms to the Technical Documents and gets first prize as assessed by specialists will be awarded RMB1,800,000. And the second prize is RMB600,000. Non-prize-winners will be granted a rational cost reimbursement.
如有意向参与本次征集活动，请于2012年3月24日17：00时之前，请将报名材料以E-mail形式发送我们。
Please send your applying material to us in an Email before 5:00pm of March 24, 2012 if you intend to take part in the consultation.
我们在收到贵公司确认函后，将组织专家进行遴选和研究，如果入选，我们将向贵单位发出正式邀请函，组织签订相关合同，并提供《浙江舟山群岛新区小干岛商务区城市技术文件》。
We will invite experts to select and study all applicants when we receive the confirming letters. And we’ll send you an official invitation letter, sign relevant agreements with you and provide you Document for International Consultation for Urban Design of Business District in Xiaogan Island, Zhoushan Archipelago New Area, Zhejiang Province if you are selected.
